Mmmmmmm delicious smoothies! Protein shakes or smoothies are one of my all-time favourite breakfast choices. Quick and easy to make, smoothies are an awesome way to pack in a solid 16-32 grams of protein in one shot.
I particularly love Sunwarrior protein powder because of its smooth, earthy, nutty taste full of flavour and nourishing goodness. Made from sprouted brown rice protein, Sunwarrior is vegan, gluten and dairy free. With a 98% correlation rate to mother’s milk and a 98.2% digestion efficiency, Sunwarrior is one of the highest digestibility and efficiency ratings of any other protein sources on the market.
Most women today do not consume enough protein. Women who sit in a chair all day long in the office and do no physical activity need a minimum of 30 grams of protein a day while women who work-out or train need expedient ally higher amounts, some up to 120 grams depending on their weight, height and training intensity.
This tasty smoothie offers the benefit of high protein intake with a kick-ass amino acid profile, super important for our hormones, weight management, brain health including memory, focus & concentration, muscle recovery, mood & blood sugar stabilizing and so much more. Enjoy for breakfast or an afternoon snack… Get your smoothie on!
