As many of us celebrate Thanksgiving today and on this long weekend, we are reminded of all the amazing things we have in our lives to be thankful for. We celebrate by sharing food, stories and laughter with those we love- friends, family significant others, and we indulge on all the delicious goodness that has been extended by one another.
Some of us may give a toast before sitting down and enjoying our food, others may engage in prayer offering thoughts to our higher being, those around us and those unable to be with us.
Whatever your tactic may be when giving thanks today for being so blessed and fortunate in your life, consider offering this gratitude not just today, but every day. Giving thanks doesn’t need to take a celebration of food and family to acknowledge how awesome life is and what it provides for us. Although gathering people and good food is a great way to recognize how lucky we are, we can also do this on our own privately.
Bringing in a daily practice of gratitude can not only bring more abundance and awesomeness into our very own lives but also to those around us (and even those not around us), acting a ripple effect, sharing and spreading highly positive energetic frequency.
When we wake up in the morning it’s so easy to rush off and dive right into our busy workday. But what if we took even just a minute to say thank-you? What if we took the time to make note of all that we do have, rather than what we don’t have? What if we focused on all the good in our life instead of all the bad?
I challenge you to consider bringing thanks into your life and making it a daily routine, much like you would brushing your teeth. Make thanks and gratitude the first thought on your mind when you wake up in the morning.
Give gratitude and get ready to receive! Give thanks and watch your love, health and life grow into miracles you didn’t even know could exist…
Today I give thanks to all the incredible people, love and health I have in my life. I give thanks for the gift I have been given to help others NOURISH, LOVE & LIVE their best life! Thank-YOU!
What are you thankful for today?
